A delicious hand made Cherry Bakewell Tart.  Cherry jam topped with almond frangipane and then covered with glace icing and topped with a glace cherry, all in our handmade Gluten Free pastry.  Perfect with a cup of tea!


Ingredients: Gluten free pastry (Flour (rice flour, potato starch, maize flour), water, egg, xantham gum, sunflower spread), golden caster sugar, sunflower spread, egg, gluten free flour (rice flour, potato starch, maize flour), ground almonds, cherry jam (sugar, cherries, acidity regulator: citric acid, gelling agent: pectins; elderberry juice concentrate), icing sugar, glace cherries, water
