Manchester Tart

A delicious custard tart with a layer of jam and coconut in the base and topped with more coconut and a glace cherry, all in a buttery sweet pastry case.
 
Ingredients: Gluten free pastry (Flour (rice flour, potato starch, maize flour), egg, sugar, xantham gum, butter) milk, sugar, egg, vanilla, coconut, glace cherry (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid) preservatives( potassium sorbate, sulphur dioxide, colour)
