Located just outside of Ely in Cambridgeshire,we create family favourite product, as well as many creative bakes. We take great pride in being a 100% safe for Coeliac, gluten-free bakery and café, dedicated to crafting mouth watering baked goods that everyone can enjoy. Our commitment to quality and taste ensures that every item is made with the finest ingredients, and free from gluten, with over half of our products being dairy free too. No compromising on the look, the taste and the freshness, which means all of our delicious bakes are full of flavor, and a joy to eat.

\we know there is strong competition out there in the market place, but we believe that we have some of the best products available both locally and nationally.
Last year we tried an additional feature with our website, and for the first time started to list other manufacturers ambient lines along side our own, and this proved to be a real winner with our customers.

Sometimes its more a case of what we dont bake as to what we do, as we are always looking to improve on what we do, and widen both our new products and flavour options.

We have a range of GLUTEN FREE sweet and savouries that are available to order and have delivered direct to your door
We deliver our GLUTEN FREE products to mainland UK every week, shipped every Thursday using a next day courier service. If you are local to our bakery in Little Downham, you can always place an order to collect from us, or we may be able to deliver to you.

Out and about:
We're often out and about with our stall; supporting markets, local events and large regional events too. Find us at the Stalham Street Markets which is held 3 times a year. We also try to support as many local events, such as Marham Funday, Weeting Steam Rally and local Christmas Fairs as well as our regular stall
OUR SHOP
|So in June 2024 we opened a shop front to our bakery. which has proved to be a massive hit with our local community, and for holiday makers who seek us out when they visit our lovely eastern counties.

Friday 9.30 to 2.00 pm

Our Little Bakehouse Cafe
At the beginning of February 2026 our little Bakehouse on the bumpy road opened its doors for the first time, proving a big hit with the local community, as well as lots of you lovely people from further afeild.
Whether its a coffee, a bacon butty, or one of our delicious pastries hot or cold, its a great place to chill, unwind, and have a natter with us. Just be careful though, as we love to talk, especially the boss.
