Our website is restocked every Wednesday evening at around 8pm. The website then runs until Sunday evening at 8pm. and all orders taken over these days are then processed, and sent out on Thursday using a 24 hour delivery service.

Please note that our minimum order value is £30 plus a Post & Packaging charge of £7.50

All our bespoke orders are shipped in double skinned boxes, with foil insulated linings, and gel ice packs to keep your goodies at good ambient temperatures. In actual fact, the ice packs are guaranteed for up to 48 hours.
So a little bit of extra reassurance if your parcel gets delayed for whatever reason.

On very rare occasions, we may have to substitute an item on your order,but we always make you aware of this and add an extra item as a way of an apology.
